1. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data will be processed by VEBEX S.r.l. to provide you with the information you have requested.
2. Legal Basis, Provision of Data and Retention Period
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, as well as the legitimate interest of the Controller in managing requests and handling any complaints.
Providing your personal data is necessary to obtain the requested information. Failure to do so will make it impossible for our staff to respond to your enquiry.
Your data will be processed for the time necessary to handle your request and retained as required by law for the period prescribed by applicable regulations.
3. Recipients of Personal Data
The personal data you provide will be processed by authorised personnel, duly trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Controller.
Personal data may also be processed by third parties providing ancillary services, including communication services, email, postal delivery, technical services for site management, IT service providers, or, depending on the nature of the request, service providers relating to the complaint or enquiry.

4. Your Rights
We also inform you that, with respect to the data concerned, you may exercise at any time the rights provided for under Chapter III of the aforementioned Regulation. In particular, as a Data Subject, you have the right to request from the Controller access to data concerning you, their rectification or erasure, the completion of incomplete data, the restriction of processing; to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to object, in whole or in part, to the use of your data; as well as to exercise any other rights recognised under applicable law. Pursuant to Art. 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates the Regulation.
